During a 20 year career at Schwab, Bob
held a variety of executive positions.
From 1998-2001, Bob was CEO of Schwab Europe during a time of frenetic
growth and industry change. Under his leadership, Schwab Europe launched
an internet trading system and an end-to-end electronic execution platform,
achieved 35% market share of online trading and
became #1 in the UK Private Client industry.
Bob's first day as CIO of recently acquired U.S. Trust,
the nation’s oldest trust company, began on 9/11.
During the tumultuous time that followed,
Bob successfully led a complete makeover of antiquated systems infrastructure
to lift a previously imposed Federal Reserve cease and desist order.
Today, Bob and his wife, Sharon, run Shasté Vineyard, where they grow and sell
premium wine grapes in the Sonoma Valley of Northern California.
The wines of Shaste Vineyard recently received a Double-Gold medal
at the 2006 California State Fair. Bob graduated from San Jose State University in 1980.
Terrapin Energy is an oil and gas production and exploration company.
Prior to leading Terrapin, Tim was CEO of itrezzo,
a wireless software company with the most popular
software download for the RIM BlackBerry.
Prior to itrezzo, Tim was
CEO of LovedYourGift.com, an online gift registry with affiliate partnerships
including LL Bean, Disney and Martha Stewart.
Tim earned a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration
at Trinity University in San Antonio, TX.
Rich Mosher became General Counsel of SNOCAP in 2006.
Prior to SNOCAP, Mosher served for 5 years as General Counsel at Intellisync,
a leading provider of platform independent wireless messaging and
mobile software company. Rich oversaw all aspects of Intellisync's
worldwide legal function including SEC reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance,
mergers and acquisitions, technology and software licensing, and management of
the company's intellectual property portfolio. In addition, Rich was a lead representative
on behalf of Intellisync for the company's acquisition by Nokia in 2006.
Prior to Intellisync, Rich was an associate with the
law firm Ropers, Majeski, Kohn & Bentley where his practice focused on the
representation of corporate clients. Rich holds a juris doctorate from the
University of Pacific's McGeorge School of Law and a B.A. degree in Political Science
from the University of California at San Diego.
Roger Politis oversees global business operations and leads Avanquest Software’s
extensive R&D resources deployed in Asia, North America and Europe.
Roger Politis also has day-to-day responsibility for managing the worldwide
headquarters with its 130 employees and supervising its Human Resources policy.
Avanquest Software is a leading developer and global publisher of best-selling
mobility, communications and productivity software.
Headquartered in Paris, the Company has offices in the US,
France, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Spain, Japan, China and Korea.
Avanquest Software products are translated up to 26 languages and marketed
in over 100 countries, through e-commerce, OEM partnerships and IT resellers.

Prior to Avanquest, Roger worked as a sound engineer in a famous
Parisian recording studio, recording several well-known
French and English artists.
Roger was also a freelance journalist who
co-authored 12 popular IT books that were published by Editions Eyrolles in Paris.
Richard Walker is responsible for a global business unit that provides desktop
PCs, personal storage products, calculators and plasma TVs to consumer markets.
This portfolio of products incorporate the latest innovations in technology packaged
to deliver value at a broad range of price points to meet consumer needs.
Immediately prior to his current position, Richard was VP of the
Emerging Countries Group responsible for developing long term strategic plans
for HP's targeted list of emerging countries, with an initial focus on
Brazil, Russia, India and China (BRIC).
Richard joined HP in 1983 and has held various senior sales and marketing
management roles in Europe, US and Asia Pacific. He was a founding member of
the team that launched the HP Pavilion into the consumer PC marketplace -
a business that achieved market share leadership among PCs sold through the retail
channel within two years. He was also the worldwide marketing manager for the
handheld PC business based in Singapore, where he helped craft the strategy that
lead to the introduction of the HP Jornada based on Microsoft Windows CE operating system. Earlier at HP, he was responsible for managing the commercial PC and networking businesses for the Asia-Pacific region.
From 1998-2003, Richard left HP and was VP of Marketing
for TeraStor, an optical storage start-up company.
He also founded TapCast which delivered services to the youth market
via wireless and the internet.
Additionally, he served as VP and GM at Pumatech,
a leader in software synchronization.
Richard received his bachelor’s degree in business with honors from
Sheffield Polytechnic, now Sheffield and Hallam University, Sheffield, England. He also serves on the Advisory Board for SPRIE (Stanford Projects on Regions of Innovation and Entrepreneurship) at Stanford University and on the Advisory Board for R&D Logic, a San Mateo based life sciences company.
